1. Take Lots of break while to work on computers.
2. Quick Shut Eye Exercise
If you’ve got more than 30 seconds, try this exercise. Place both hands over your eyes, with your palms touching your cheeks. The idea is that you want to cup your hands over your eyes without touching your them.
3. Use of Hot Towel-
Simply wet a towel with hot to warm water. Lay down and fold the towel over your closed eyes. Remain in this position for 5-10 minutes, breathing deeply and relaxing.
